Do I need to be fit or experienced to join? +
Not at all. The challenge is built for anyone, whether you're starting fresh, getting back into it after a break, or already training and wanting structure. Your plan is set to match where you're starting from, so you'll always be working at the right level for you.
What do I need to take part? +
Just your phone and a willingness to show up. Everything — workouts, nutrition, habits, and check-ins — is delivered through the HubFit app, which you'll get access to once you're signed up. We'll guide you through setting it all up with a welcome guide and resource videos.
How much time do I need each week? +
The program is designed to fit your life, not take it over. Most people train 3–5 days per week, and the workouts are built to be efficient. The daily habits take minutes, not hours. Consistency matters far more than spending all day in the gym.
Do I need a gym, or can I train at home? +
Both work. The program can be adapted to a full gym or a more minimal home setup. Once you're in, we'll make sure your training matches the equipment you have available.
What does the nutrition side look like? +
A flexible framework with recipes and guidance, not a restrictive crash diet. No banned foods and no starving yourself. The goal is to fuel your training and build habits you can actually keep once the eight weeks are done.
What happens after I enter my details? +
I'll personally be in touch the same day to answer any questions and get you set up. No hard sell and no pressure — just a quick conversation to make sure the challenge is right for you and that you have everything you need to start strong.
What's the refund policy? +
Because you receive full access to the entire 8-week program, app, and resources the moment you join, all payments are non-refundable. Signing up is a commitment to the full eight weeks. If you choose the payment plan, you're agreeing to all 8 weekly payments.
